Service Request System Launched!
The Village has launched a new Service Request System for residents to use to report problems or concerns. This is a comprehensive reporting system that contains dozens of categories of common concerns or issues and involves key staff across all Departments.
To use the system a resident can visit the homepage of the Village website (using a large button titled “Service Request System) or by using the link: https://www.villageofschillerpark.com/RequestTracker.aspx and then choose one of the categories (such as Trees, Garbage Service, or Street Maintenance) for their concern or problem. They can then explain the problem, provide the location, and even submit a photo. They are also asked to supply an email address so they can receive direct feedback on the status of their request. Once submitted the request will be processed by the Village as soon as possible.
Residents that prefer to have Village Staff submit their request for them are asked to call the main Village Hall number (847) 678-2550 (Press 0 for the Operator) and then share the details of their request so that the Village Staff member can complete and then submit the request on their behalf.
