The Village has agreed to help offer free assistance on Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Friday, July 19 at 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM. The presentation is by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). CDEL will provide FREE legal services including preparing a Power of Attorney for Property and Health Care and Living Will Declarations. The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the legal rights of low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Cook County since 1984.
