[ARCHIVED] Power of Attorney & Living Will Help Offered

The Village has agreed to help offer free assistance on Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The presentation is by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). CDEL will provide FREE legal services including preparing a Power of Attorney for Property and Health Care and Living Will Declarations. The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the legal rights of low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Cook County since 1984.
