[ARCHIVED] Power of Attorney & Living Will Presentation & Counseling Sessions

The Village has agreed to host a presentation aimed at seniors regarding Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Monday, March 30th at 10:00 AM. The presentation is by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). If you are interested in this subject and would like to attend the free presentation please contact Mary at (847) 678-8765 or via email at seniorservices@schillerparkil.us to reserve your spot.

The Village has also agreed to help CDEL offer free legal services assistance to seniors on Powers of Attorney & Living Wills at the Community Center on Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The counseling sessions are offered by CDEL (The Center for Disability & Elder Law). CDEL will provide FREE legal services including preparing a Power of Attorney for Property and Health Care and Living Will Declarations. The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the legal rights of low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Cook County since 1984.
