Curfew applies to anyone under 18 years of age. The hours curfew is in effect are 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:30 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Parents and guardians cannot give permission to minors to violate curfew hours. Illinois drivers' licenses for juveniles ages 17 and under are not valid after curfew.
