Late fees are now in effect after January 2nd.

Follow the Late Fee Schedule broken down by Months Late and Unit Number to find out how much you owe.

For EACH BUILDING you own, please fill out a SEPERATE FORM.

Example:

If I own 2 buildings with 3 units each, I would fill out 2 Forms with 3 units each, I WOULD NOT fill out one form with 6 units. 

Late Fees are now in effect. For every month late, there will be an additional 20% late penalty added.

The fee is calculated by the number of MONTHS LATE and the number of UNITS in a building.

For your convenience, February's schedule is posted below. For other months, please refer to the late fee schedule below.
