- Resident of Leyden Township (Schiller Park is in Leyden)
- The property owner and full-time resident
- 65+ of physically disabled (doctor’s note required)
Some Handyman Services Include:
- REPLACE: lightbulbs, defective fuses and cabinet hinges
- REPAIR: Damaged electrical cords, minor pipe leaks, switches and outlets
- RELIGHT: Gas appliance pilot lights
